We emphasise on slipping traditional features through each strand of thread in our designs to give it a taste of both worlds.

We ship to Malaysia and Indonesia Strictly exchange only (Subject to defective and wrong-size products only)

Only normally priced items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order. Any lateness will not be entertained.

All SALE and discounted items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

No cash refund on any defective item. We will do an exchange only.

No refund for any of these situations: not suitable, not matching, change of mind, wrong color or size, etc. However, we are willing to help you in exchange.

Orders cannot be canceled once it has been processed. No refunds and cancellations will be entertained.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition: UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with the complete original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.

The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached our store. Please ensure to package your returned items properly to avoid damage. This includes the boxes, packaging, and tags. Yasmin Azhar RTW is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.

Yasmin Azhar RTW will not be responsible for missing parcel/lateness due to a third-party delivery partner. However, we will help you with the process to track and enquire about your parcel.

Kindly reach out to us via email at customerservice@yasminazhartw.com or get in touch with our customer service via our chat box at the bottom right of our website. Once confirmed, you can return any item to us within 3 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and any necessary tags are still attached). Please repack your items in the original packaging and ensure it is secured. Kindly keep a record of your return tracking number.

    • Please fill in your return form, and City-Link Express returns slip. Insert your return form in your parcel along with your item(s) and ensure it is packed securely in the original flyer you have received. Drop it off at the nearest Poslaju outlet and keep a record of your return tracking number.

For international returns/exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches our store, as per our Exchange Policy. For customs purposes, kindly declare the item as a return/defect. Do update us on the tracking number if you have it so that we can keep an eye out for your parcel.

You can either pay by:

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
    All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. If your card’s currency is other than Malaysian Ringgit, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.
  • Offline banking (There will be an option for you to upload your proof of transaction)

Orders are processed within 24 hours. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.

Putting an item into your cart does not reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to check out and make payment, that item will still be available to other buyers.

Some items are restocked able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our Instagram, newsletter and update our BACK IN STOCK tab, so it’s good to check frequently.
